1) Our load bearing foundations are installed below grade,
which would not allow wall shifting.
2) The continuous grade beam would prevent failure of a single section that would cause a chain reaction to occur.
3) Through the controlled installation process, a pre-stressed stabilized load bearing zone of influence is created with a known gauge read strength.
4) The zone of influences is protected by the system allowing continuous drainage of pore water and pressure.
