PRINCIPAL has over 42 years of professional engineering and management experience. He is President of Innovative Technologies Group, Inc., a company that specializes in unique innovative-patented foundation and anchoring systems. They hold seven United States patents, ten pending United States patents and numerous foreign patents. He is President and Principal Engineer of A 1 Engineering, Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering firm headquartered in Vienna, West Virginia that specializes in civil, mechanical, structural and electrical engineering. Principal of The Ridgewater Group, Inc., and Principal of Ridgewater Development Group, Inc., two companies headquartered in Seymour, Tennessee. He served as senior-vice president and Principal engineer for a multi-disciplined engineering firm headquartered in Parkersburg, West Virginia for six years. Mr. Reed has over 42 years of professional engineering and management practice. Mr. Reed was responsible for directing development of and  implementation of a multi-discipline engineering firm from 6 to 67 person firm in six years and won the state of West Virginia large bridge design award for 2000.

Mr. Reed has 42 years of diversified electrical, civil, mechanical and structural design, management and construction engineering experience. Robert was responsible for research with a major electric utility for ten years. Knowledge and experience in project and construction management, in electrical, civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical process design. Management functions include management of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering disciplines, design drafting and administrative personnel, proposal preparation, scheduling and client communication.

Michael Ruscitto - Principal, Vice President Operations has over 31 years experience in Operational Management, Project Management and Marketing. Educated at Brooklyn College, with extensive experience in operations, established multiple businesses, management of multiple business and development of multiple businesses.

Mike has a vast background and experience in marketing and management of multiple types of businesses which is invaluable in the development of Innovative Technologies Group. Mr. Rusitto has established multiple businesses, managed multiple businesses, and developed multiple businesses congruently for the past thirty years. He is presently Principal of Innovative Technologies Group Inc., and Principal of RidgeWater Group, Inc., and Principal of RidgeWater Development Group, Inc., two companies headquartered in Seymour Tennessee; Founder and President of - Scotto Pizza of WVA. Inc., Grand Central Mall, Vienna, West Virginia; Founder and President of - Sweets N Treats, Grand Central Mall, Vienna, West Virginia and Founder and President of National Club Corp. Inc.
